The Department of Civil Engineering has an intake of 60 students.  The program aims at producing bright Diploma holders in Civil Engineering to meet the rapid technological advances and industrial requirements.  The Department has highly qualified faculty members in Civil Engineering.  They add strength to the Department with their competitive skills and vibrant dedication. 

Students graduating from this Department carves out a place for themselves in different institutions and reputed establishments, the world over.

Activities

The Civil Engineering Association conducts and co-ordinates various programs for the overall development of the students like seminars on advanced topics, exhibitions, study tours, social activities, etc. In order to gather ideas from the industry, the association conducts various industry interaction programmes. It also demands students to present papers on various topics during association meetings to make sure that they are actively participating.
